We are delighted that you have chosen Salon Re to create an amazing look for your special day! We want your time with us to be memorable and stress-free. Our goal is to make sure everything runs smoothly as you prepare for your wedding ceremony.
Accommodations
Salon Re will provide coffee, juice, and pastries for you and your bridal party. Feel free to bring in additional refreshments, but please let us know in advance, so we can prepare accordingly. We also welcome your photographer, videographer, and anyone else you would like to be present as you and your bridal party gets ready.
Reservation Forms
To allow us to prepare for your arrival, we need information. We will email you a form, please complete the enclosed reservation form, and return it as soon as possible. For each person requiring service, please provide a first and last name, contact information, and services needed. When describing services please be specific. Let us know if particular hairstyles are preferred, hair length and texture. We want you to look fabulous and this ensures each individual is booked for the appropriate time.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for your credit card number for a deposit to hold your reservation. We require two weeks’ notice for parties of 5 or fewer and 1 month’s notice for parties of 5 or more. If you decide to cancel your party or any of the services scheduled without the required notice, you will be charged for half of each service that was scheduled. Please keep in contact with us via phone or email about any changes or updates that may be happening with your special day.
Trial appointment
Trial appointments are required. We suggest you book your trial appointment at least one month before your wedding day. Please bring in any pictures you have, veils or any hair pieces you wish to incorporate the day of.
Please arrive with clean, dry hair.
Wedding Day Preparations
Have everyone arrive with clean, dry hair. You may want to shampoo with a clarifying shampoo the day before to ensure all build-up is removed and your style will stay throughout the day. If a blow dry is required the day of, there will be an additional charge. For your convenience, please wear a button-down shirt.

Bridesmaid Hair: $75 +
Flower girls (under 10 years of age): $50
We do offer traveling services (depending on the area) and those services are up charged. Traveling fee will also apply. Please contact the salon manager for details.
